Welcome to Reikindness by Elena Allmeroth LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.reikindness.com (the “Site”) and your booking and participation in our energy work and wellness services, including Reiki and Crystalline Consciousness Technique™ (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site, scheduling an appointment, or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Practice & Health Disclaimer

  • Non-Medical Services: Reiki and energy treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments.

  • No Medical or Health Advice: Treatments are not to be perceived as or relied upon in any way as medical advice or mental health advice. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

  • Scope Limits: We are not providing healthcare, medical, or nutrition therapy services, nor attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure in any manner any physical, mental, or emotional issue, disease, or condition. We are not giving medical, psychological, or religious advice whatsoever.

  • Client Responsibility: You voluntarily choose to receive these Services and remain responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

2. Payment Terms

We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, and check. By scheduling or receiving a session, you agree to the following:

  • Single Sessions: Payment is due immediately after the conclusion of your treatment session.

  • Session Bundles (3-Pack): 3-session bundles must be prepaid in full prior to or at the time of your first scheduled session in the bundle.

  • Returned Checks: Checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $30 returned check fee in addition to the original balance due.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by cancelling or rescheduling directly through our online booking system (Acuity Scheduling).

  • Late Cancellations: If changes are made less than 24 hours prior to your session, you risk being charged 50% of the total session cost.

  • Unexpected Conflicts: We understand that things sometimes come up unexpectedly. Please contact Reikindness as soon as possible if you have a conflict so we can work with you.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time so as not to delay subsequent clients. The full session fee applies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reikindness by Elena Allmeroth LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our Site, attendance at sessions, or reliance on information presented during treatments or on our Site. You agree to release and hold harmless Reikindness by Elena Allmeroth LLC from any liability or claims connected to your voluntary participation in our Services.

5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

  • Content Ownership: All text, photos, logos, and materials on reikindness.com belong to Reikindness by Elena Allmeroth LLC and may not be copied or republished without permission.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
